Cancellation Policy

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of $50.00.

The cancellation policy applies if your appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late and there is not enough time to complete your treatment, your appointment will be cancelled and the cancellation fee applies.

Any no show appointments will be cancelled and are not able to book a future appointment.
