Cancellation Policy

A $50 deposit is required upon booking. The deposit holds your appointment time and will be applied at checkout unless you prebook any other appointments. In that case, the deposit will be moved to hold your upcoming appointment.

If your appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours, the deposit is applied as the cancellation fee. If you are more than 15 minutes late and there is not enough time to complete your treatment, your appointment will be cancelled and the cancellation fee applies.

Any no show appointments will be cancelled and are not able to book a future appointment.
