How we achieved these results: After a full face assessment we decided to do a chin enhancement with filler and treat her cheeks and jawline with sculptra. As you stop producing collagen in your 20s, we can start with sculptra treatments to continue to grow and produce that collagen. Collagen is responsible for facial volume, skin elasticity, and tightening of your skin. A great preventative treatment for anyone to start in their late 20s, early 30s!
Duration: Filler will last 1 year; Sculptra will last 2 years

Treatment: full face filler

How we achieved these results: This was done over 2 appointments. After her full face assessment, we decided she would benefit from filler treatments in her cheeks, chin, temples, jawline, and lower face. We added filler in her cheeks and temples to add a youthful plump to her mid face and brighten up her under eyes. To treat her smile lines, we added filler in her cheeks and jawline to add support and volume throughout her face. The lower face filler was used to help decrease the shadows on her lower face, and chin filler to narrow her chin and enhance her jawline.
Duration: 1 year

Treatment- Filler: Cheeks and chin; Dysport: chin and lip flip

How we achieved these results: By treating her cheeks, we gave a subtle pop to her mid face and brightened her undereyes. We treated her chin with filler and dysport, this area was her main concern. The reason the chin made such an impact on her face was because she has naturally full lips and her chin was not providing enough support for her lower face, once we added filler here her face appeared more balanced and not as overpowered by her lips. We did a dysport lip flip to relax her upper lip when smiling, and added dysport to her chin to help keep the filler exactly where we placed it.
Duration: filler will last 1 year, lower face neuromodulator will be re treated in 3-4 months

Neuromodulator

Treatment: Upper face dysport
Patient concern: Lines at rest starting to appear on her forehead
How we achieved these results:We treated her forehead, in between her eyebrows, by her eyes, and right below her lower lash line to give her face natural and smooth results. These muscles all work together and we get our best results when treating all of them!
Duration: 3- 4 months

Treatment: Lip Flip
Patient concern: Patient came in with the concern of her upper lip curling under when she is smiling
How we achieved these results: Based on her assessment and her concerns, we decided she would be a good candidate for a lip flip. Using about 10 units of dysport to relax the upper lip resulting in a full upper lip when smiling.
Duration: 2-3 months

Treatment: Masseter botox (for facial slimming)
Patient concern: This patient came in wanting to slim her jawline
How we achieved these results: She is the right candidate for a jawline slimming treatment and she had amazing results! We treated her masseter muscles with botox to achieve a jaw slimming effect. The after picture shows results a month after she did her second treatment.
Duration: retreat the masseters every 6 months

Treatment: Jelly eye roll with dysport
Patient concern: Improve the appearance of her eyes
How we achieved these results: We used dysport to treat the lines by her eyes when smiling and we also treated another muscle by her lower lash line to give her a more eye opening effect. She loves her results!
Duration: Neuromodulator treatment done every 3-4 months

Lip Filler

Treatment: Lip filler
Patient concern: Improving lip fullness
How we achieved these results: We focused on adding hydration and volume to her lips with a hylauronic acid based filler to help her achieve the results she wanted!
Duration: 6 months to 1 year

How we achieved these results: We worked on defining her cupid’s bow and adding structure to the borders of her lips. We added volume to reduce the lines on her lips and were able to provide her lips with more hydration.

How we achieved these results: We added structure and height to her lips while also improving her lip volume. We were able to enhance the symmetry of her lips with proper filler placement, she was very happy with the outcome!

How we achieved these results: Over time we have been able to use filler to make her lips more symmetrical, and now at her maintenance appointments we focus on maintaining her lip volume and crisp lip borders. She is someone that has other facial features to support bigger lips and she is always loving her results.
