Eliza Antoniou

RN, BSN

Eliza is a registered nurse and certified nurse injector who graduated from nursing school in 2018 and began receiving her injectable certifications in 2019. Eliza specializes in facial harmonization and uses a combination of methods to create individualized treatment plans for all of her patients. Eliza believes that treating the face as a whole is the best way to achieve natural looking results that enhance our facial features. She prioritizes patient safety, continuing education and working with her patients to achieve their aesthetic goals.

Britney Miranda

Social Media Manager

Britney is the social media manager at Injections by Eliza. Britney has been working in content creation for the past 5 years for multiple businesses in the health and beauty category. She has found her niche focusing on content creation within the aesthetic industry and loves being able to combine her creativity with strategy to create captivating content over different social media platforms.

Eliza Antoniou

Lead Injector

Eliza is a registered nurse, certified nurse injector, and lead injector at Injections by Eliza. She graduated with her BSN degree from UMASS Dartmouth in 2018 and began her nursing career working at an orthopedic hospital in Boston. She is currently earning her Family Nurse Practitioner degree at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.

Eliza became certified in injectables in 2019 and has been injecting full time since 2021. She has background working at multiple medspas, has created and continues to teach her hands on training courses for new injectors, and founded her medspa, Injections by Eliza.

As Injections by Eliza grows, she will always prioritize her clients safety and their outcomes as she continues to seek out advanced trainings to sharpen her skill and aesthetic eye. Facial harmonization is her specialty approach for her clients, she uses a combination of different treatments, skin care products, and treatment devices to create individualized treatment plans for her clients to achieve long lasting, and beautiful outcomes.

Dr. Lisa Lopes

DNP, APRN, FNP-BC
Medical Director

Lisa Lopes, DNP, NP serves as the Medical Director for Injections by Eliza, providing clinical oversight, protocol development, and ongoing provider support. She is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with extensive experience in aesthetic medicine and a strong foundation in high-acuity clinical care.

Dr. Lopes transitioned into aesthetic medicine in 2020 and has received advanced training from nationally recognized aesthetic institutions, as well as mentorship under world-renowned plastic surgeons. Her approach emphasizes patient safety, ethical practice, and evidence-based treatments, ensuring the highest standards of care.

As Medical Director, Lisa works closely with our clinical team to support safe injection practices, laser protocols, and individualized treatment planning. She is deeply committed to education and mentorship, helping nurses and providers grow confidently while maintaining compliance and clinical excellence.

Her philosophy centers on natural, balanced results and transparent patient care focused on enhancing each patient’s features while preserving their unique beauty.
